What is Better, A Shard Pack or Crystal's?

I'm thinking of getting the Zaalbar & Mission Vao shard pack but, I could also get 3,000-4,000 Crystal's with that. What has more value?
(Trying to spend my google play credits before they expire next month)

Generally crystals for energy refreshes, especially if you are still leveling up.

Packs with guaranteed shards may be worth it to you if you have specific plans / needs for those toons.

Avoid 10-330 shard packs as they are weighted ridiculously low.

Will those shards get you to 7 stars and allow you to get revan?
You get 100 shards total,plus the other goodies. For 4000 crystals you can get more than that over a span of a month (based on average crystals income, $30 of crystals lasts about 3-4 weeks), but it will take a month of farming so if z and mission get you 7* and let you unlock revan, and without them you won't get revan, then buy the pack. Otherwise crystals are the better game investment
