ArenaX: New game mode

For this mode all characters will have their tags stripped. Meaning leadership abilities no longer give faction bonuses, no more unique faction bonuses. Why do this? It allows people to be creative. No need to balance it. It is just what it is. Without the locked in and required synergy that most often means you have these 5 exact characters with these exact mods or else you suck, we should be able to really open it up. Let us have fun with it. As of now, the whole game is grind to next character unlock. Join meta for x days. Rinse and repeat.

Lots of talk, as always, about arena being boring. Same teams then a new meta and again a ton of mirror matchups. I agree, it can be stale. This idea will allow us to just be creative and have fun. Gasp, have fun? Think for yourself? be creative? Its almost like the very definition of a 'game'.

Its a 5v5 arena. Rewards? Dont care, not going to talk about them.
