Revan’s Leader Ability?

What does, “While Revan is in the leader slot and not the ally slot, units are immune to Turn Meter effects from Leader abilities until the start of the first turn of battle.”

Is this all units? Is this to stop preloaded TM in TW or Events? Can someone explain this please? Thanks

Also the first turn of battle? So does this actually do anything?

It prevents those effects from Bastilla's and Zaul's leaderships, so those teams start with 0 tm like everyone else.

Ah ok, it just seemed really specific and the wording sounded detrimental to Revan too, thanks for clearing that up
