When do time zone change charges reset?

Honestly the text is a bit ambiguous. I read it at each charge resetting 360 days from when you use it, but I'd like some confirmation before I use them, as the way they reset might change my plans.

Thanks, so if I use one now and one when DST ends, the first one resets in February 2020 and the second around the end of DST in 2020?

Are you sure? I thought you get both tokens after one year of using the first token regardless of when you use your second time change token
