Shipments, Character shard refresh out of sync

I recently used the time change feature for the daily activities in order to see if I could get some more beneficial times for payouts. I did not like the first change and decided just to go back to daily activity reset of 11PM. Now, my shipments are taking longer to refresh and my character shard refresh wait time is over 24 hours. any tips to get my game synced up again?
