I don’t think grievous will end up having a cape. Most of the time he throws it off before starting a fight, and when he does keep it on he always uses two light sabers... plus he also keeps lightsabers on his waist in the clone wars so I presume that’s where he’s getting them from.

imagine having to deal with a cape on a windy day if you''ve got 4 lightsaber wielding arms? Capes or so gosh darn unpractical, they do look cool though.
