This ability says that her health increases by +10% when an ally is revived. My question is, does this only happen once per turn or is it based on the number of allies revived? So say she uses her special, and 3 allies are revived; does she get +30% health? Or say asajj dies, then is revived by zombie; is that +20% health?

No, it's when an ally is revived...

The ability description doesn't state anywhere that it only happens once per turn or the first time it happens during a turn. It says "When another ally is revived..."
