Is there a guide or tutorial on how crew members' attributes impact their ship's attributes? For instance, I want to get my Phantom II ramped up but would like to invest as little as possible in Sabine. I know that gear level plays a big part but do I also need to max out her stars, training, abilities, and mods to make the ship viable? Or are there some attributes that don't factor in?

At the end of each ship you see what it grows for.each point gained. There is a link that shows you the point gain for each thing you do to the pilot.
