Unfair Shard reward in 8 chromium pack

Hi

Today i throw 2520 purple crystal in a 8 pack. Most of the shard I got are useless but the worst is that I got sidious 4 star as guaranteed character. But since I had him already it was converted into shard. Now the problem is that instead of receiving 80 shard, the amount needed to unlock a 4 star character, I only received 32 of them. Can you explain me the reason?

Its not unfair, its a gamble. Thats the risk you take.
Not to sound harsh, it is all over the forum advising ppl to use crystals to farm NOT use for chromium. If you chose chromium, you get what u get.

In the future i highly recommend using crystals to farm what u want/need.

you got what you paid for. a random chance at a guaranteed character and shards. just because you have the character already, doesn't mean you were screwed, just unlucky. Get a refund or enjoy your purchase. Working as intended.
