How did this guy get CLS?

Hey Guys,
Just Want to know if i Missed something in regard to CLS.
Currently Farming for cls on May alt and stumbled across this guy who has CLS unlocked with the Most unvergessen and lvled team i‘ve ever Seen. And I Wonder how did he get CLS with this!?
I checked the Skills of the toons and none of them are past 3.
When I got. CLS on my main i was geared g8/g9 and Even than it was Not so easy.

Yeah it was meant to mean undergeared. ^^
So a Little heads up. That guy was my last GA match and Set his best Teams on defense. There is on was that his remaining Teams could Beat my G12 NS team. But that guy cleared all of my fields easily. Reported him for cheating in game and to LucifersDaddy.

This guy is still around?? He smoked me in the arena with garbage. I complained too and about him haven thrawn!

To play devil's advocate here, there has been situations of an account being lost and CG restoring said account but not leveling/gearing the characters. What characters that the account had unlocked were restored, including Journey and Legendary characters.

I've long since felt some may try to abuse this in light of the GA launch several months ago, but that's for CG to decide how to go about dealing with.
