In light of new Finn, can we get a general pass on Resistance?
I'm not totally against the changes to Finn, I see potential for making Resistance teams a little less rote and giving them more to do than either A) Expose chains under Finn or 
Big hits under Jedi Rey. I also get that you want to prevent loops in raids.
But Finn's leader ability doesn't exist in a vacuum. Resistance abilities have artifically higher cooldowns and abilities that inflict expose have lowered percentage chance of debuffing because they were balanced around Finn's cooldown reduction and taking multiple turns sequentially. With significantly less TM gain to ensure chaining turns, those high cooldowns and low expose percentage chances are real liabilities.
We've got 10 months before Episode IX comes out, this is a faction that can't wait that long for new characters. They need help now.
