Does territory wars reward gear 12+ salvage?

I have no idea where it came from but I did just get tw rewards and i was able to put a 12+ piece on revan.
Did the reward come from tw and if so how long has that been possible

No, I don't think so. Have you done any of the grand arena challenges (specifically general kenobi or raid han)? You still need the older g12 pieces to craft it. Mk 6 medpac salvage is already farmable and a territory reward.

Remember most g12+ pieces are built with specific g12+ salvage and other salvage pieces that are “normal”. Most likely you were a handful of the “normal” gear pieces away, got them in TW rewards.
