QoL: shown stats in character

Every now and then, 2 questions about character stats show up in forums:

1. Defense and it's interaction with armor and resistance
2. Defense penetration, which always shows 0 in stats but some abilities refer to it.

So in order to make character stats clearer, I suggest to make the following changes in character stat screen:

1. Show Physical Defense in Physical survivability section
2. Show Special Defense in Special survivability section
3. Hide Defensive Penetrtion in General section

These changes will help both new and old users. Specially with the physical defense/armor and special defense/resistance interaction and their increase due to Mods
