Is it possible to score upwards of 4+million with a GP of 273k? We have a new guild member who did just that yesterday

It's possible, single teams can do more damage than that, but unlikely. You'd have to be super efficient and focused at farming the right team. I'm not sure you can unlock the right teams without going over 250k GP.
