Metalloid Monstrosity not working correctly?

The unique abilitie in GG's kit says "This damage cannot defeat characters", yet it can wipe the last remaining stacks from the B1 Battle Droid AKA defeating it... Hopefully there will be a lot of fixes soon.

B1 doesn't get killed by the damage, it dies because it has no stacks, so according to the descriptions, it's WAI.
Step one: Damage taken. This damage doesn't defeat B1.
Step two: Stacks removed because damage was taken.
Step three: Check if B1 has stacks. If not, it dies.
Yeah, it's dumb, but probably not bugged.
