Should Damage Immunity from Droideka count as a defensive buff?

Nest dispels defensive buffs on her basic. Should Damage Immunity from Droideka be added to that list?

Character just got released and they made sure he is countered by an already meta toon.

I mean, it's not a locked buff. There are lots of characters that dispel buffs.
