Event comes once a month, but randomized. This one is feb28 next is march5

The first one is a currently active event. The next one is an event coming up in 4 days. The last one is an event coming up in 4 days.

You mean the two Executrix events? Each Fleet Mastery occurs once every month. The currently active one is Feb's Executrix event, the one starting on Tuesday or something is March's Executrix event.
I'm glad they did that, as through the current one I got up to 90/100 shards and I was going to refresh it, but there's no point in refreshing if it's coming back in a few days.
