    Are you asking how to drop rank in arena? If so I would suggest not intentionally dropping rank just for GW.

    So....u to refresh have 20 times 5 new fights, young padawan. A hundred in a row defeating lots of crystals it will cost.
    But if i somehow got you right being at rank 1 arena: just fight the ones behind you O.o
