What do you think are the best ships for PvE? I have struggle finishing the stage 4 and 5 hardnotes on 3 stars...I can gear up characters just for this too...

@TheJEFFtm is right. Houndstooth + just about any other ships will get you where you need to go. Bonus points for adding Xanadu Blood for more breach.

Can't say I'd recommend building Geos unless you already are.
