Pit's RAID simulator to have Han Solo is in error

My guild is 32 Han Solo 7* and is only showing up 11

Could someone tell me what's going on?

All members from guild was log-in after update, and issue is still persist. We got wrong number displayed in raid requirements 26/35.

5 days later. The guild is starting to get worried. At the moment, we have 34 characters collected in 7 *. Activating a character in 7 *, joining a player’s guild with the right character, leaving a player with the right character does not affect the counter.

Guild "Галактическая полиция" is not able to run a simulation of the RAID " Pit " because of the frozen 26 players counter. SOS help, please.

Here is screenshot, counted several times, should be 34 Solo

Same question as before - has everyone logged in? Check your “last activity”’in guild management. Maybe you’ve got people who are inactive?
