Entering Game Issue

Hi everyone, long time reader first time poster here. I’m having an issue entering the game. I get stuck on the loading screen with rey/kylo that says loading cantina. I tried resetting my device and uninstalling and it didn’t work. Has this happened to anyone before and if so how should i fix it?
