Fixes for IG88+Geo Spy and Plo Koon's Basic anytime soon?

hello there! is going to be a fix for ig88 leading geos? specifically geo spy not gaining tm when dots are applied

before saying we have to post it on the support page, its been there for a year already:

Also, plo koon's basic is supposed to dispel at least 1 buff from the opponet 100% of the time (with 50% chance to remove all of them) wich doesn't happen, sometimes, he doesn't dispel any buff (he doesnt miss his attack and opponent is without foresight, so that's not the problem)

This makes it seem the dots don't count as a negative effect for spy's TM gain.
