After last update my HAAT solo ended with an app crash and zero points

- outage for 3 hours and many crystals forma arena lost
- Shameless “open a ticket and maybe you’ll receive 200 crystals” but support doesn’t work

- Battle animations are slower now, maybe we will suffer more timeouts

My guildmates opened tickets via the link he provided and got 200 crystals rather quickly.

Sorry to hear about the headache you're having though. Hope things get squared away.
