It's moved to the 18th (today), it moved by two days instead of one. It'll launch in 9-10 hours, around the usual time it launches

Calendar shows the preview phase starting on 3/18. I think it starts at 3pm CG time so still another ten and a half hours or so from now.

It's usually 22:00 GMT, but I'm not sure if it will be 21:00 due to DST in parts of the US. All my other events launched an hour earlier this week. So if the OP is two hours ahead of me it should launch 23:00-00:00 local time for him/her.
