Power Creep Solution

Lately the community seems to be talking about how Revan’s power creep is astronomical and creating balancing issues in the game. Rather than complain, I think this is THE solution... and probably what CH does to a fretted.
To prevent major power creep you make the META have an Achilles heal. For example what is Revan’s Achilles heal? Yoda will pass around 10+ buffs. Create a plug and play toon with an attack that deals 15% Max health damage for each buff on an enemy & ignore Protection. That doesn’t create much if any power creep and nerfs Revan without Nerfing him.
Anyways you design metas to have an Achilles heal... not invincible. Thoughts?
