Gear donations structure change

Sup all. I was thinking a change to the donating system could help the game/players. The current system doesn't give any incentive to players to donate. A reward system where a player would be rewarded after X amount off gear donated ( Zeta's, omegas, gear). Any other suggestions are welcomed I'd love to hear the community input on this. thanks.

I think you're missing the point of donating. If you dropped off a bunch of old clothes at a homeless shelter would you expect them to give you something in return
