Does Jyn Erso drop in fleet shipments?

I never paid attention if she is. Is she? Just started farming Casdian's ship and she doesn't drop anywhere except guild store but rare.

Guild store only. The only other place you can get her is shipments, or if you're very lucky you might get a handful of shards from Rebel Roundup.
