QoL: Ignore characters

Please add a way for us to ignore characters that might need gear. It would be a great help when trying to gear up specific characters to not have the number pop up on the character icon on the home screen saying we have gear to apply unless we have them as a favorite, for instance. This would help greatly with my focus for gearing!
