Explanation why some people got TW crash resets??

I know Kyno says this is “resolved” but it has not been, and posting on “ETA answers“ is an absolute waste of time.

These are the official message boards for capital games, EA, and the game....

I think one of the developers, who we know are working this weekend because they have posted about the Revan event, should provide an answer as to why some people got their teams reinstated and affected battles reset.
