Has EA acknowledged the game crashing issue?

Ever since the last update, the game has become unstable. Multiple crashes and glitching screens. I’ve submitted a ticket, discussed with my guild and read multiple thread ls about this issue, but none have said if EA has acknowledged this.

It’s affecting my gameplay severely. Lost 2 tw battles today alone due to the game crashing . I’m afraid to play now.

Does anyone have real feedback on this?
