CG not keeping promises

I am writing this thread because CG promised us that events that required new characters would have the old legendary level of difficulty and look at the Darth Revan event. Anyone beating it with G9?
An extra couple of weeks does not make a character not new. An extra couple months would.
In other words, the fact that Darth Revan event was made this difficult means they outright lied to us and I, for one, am extremely mad about this.
I feel like others should also voice their disgust at this betrayal here as well.
