Dark Raven Issue Bug help

Hi i have a troble with event i past all event it was super but i cant unlock raven becouse had a 275/330 shards. Event take me like end but stay like that i put a screen below i report it to ea on chat and 2 tickets send. In my shop cant see like the others new staff nothing . I get a portrait of raven without raven. Helllp.dev team Do restatrt clear chache reinstal .....drama
