Make him only work with OR just like how DR only works with Sith Empire.

well done to made people wasting crystals for nothing. every people beat that setup with silly things
Because probably it would have been useless both on defense and offense. I can't imagine that team taking on Traya without GMY.
This fix is basically throwing JKR under the bus to save the new meta. While JKR's kit is way too powerful, I don't think backpedalling is the solution. Perhaps they could make direct focus start on a cooldown, so that they don't take away his PvM viability, but open up PvP a little.
A major downgrade to his kit would be too transparent and a clear sign that it's not worth to spend your money on anything in this game. A small tweak to his kit might work without an outrage.
