Bug or change : Darth Traya's tm reduced T6 p4?

I do not remember ever seeing it reduced by RJT or GMY in p4 ever. But last night They both did repeatedly. I know some will wonder why I am reporting this. Well the dev in me knows if it is not wai, it may be the result of larger issues needing addressed.

Except it is WAI. Always been able to reduce her tm in both phases 3 and 4. Just hard to land if she hasn't taken a turn and reset her tenacity.

Works for me, I did the right thing and it's not a bug. \o/
