Connection issues

Couldn't connect for almost an hour. I want crystals for the trouble. I know I'm not the only one who had issues.

Having problems with connecting too. May be on my end though, app keeps force closing and saying it isn't responding. New update may have overwhelmed my old device.

Nope nothing was deleted, they were directed to report it to the proper location, Answers HQ.

You can try to contact EA Help about this issue, but there was no statement made about reimbursement at this time.
