CLS event

I've just farmed all the toons for CLS event, whenever it next falls. R2, OB, and Leia are going to get gear etc as they have a place in existing / developing squads. Ideally, I don't want to burn thru credits, gear, and abmats on STH or FBL as they likely to sit on bench thereafter (+ want to save that stuff for cls).

So, assuming R2, PL, and OB are circa gear 9, decent mods and (part) omega'd; can I win the event with weaker STH and FBL?

Yes.

I cleared it with g9 Leia + Old Ben, g8 Farmboy + STHan and probably g8/9 R2. Took a few tries at a couple of the tiers but nothing too obnoxious

Modding wasn't decent but nothing special. No transferring arena mods or anything like that.

The hardest stage of the event is sth and fbl on their own so don't leave them as too weak.

STHan is the better one to G9 versus Farmboy. He'll gain more protection and tankiness. Really helps in the 2-man stage and the final tier.
