GMT more useful for the TM reduction

Either is decent, but I don't feel like Tarkin gets the respect he deserves. The debuffs-into-AOE-TM-reduction combo is pretty dope, plus the debuffs add more fodder for saber toss and EP's lead.

Buff immunity is really useful against GMY Badstilla and JKR but if you're not against them then go with GMT
