you can report them on Discord but EA has nothing to do with Discord and wont take action on events from a 3rd party software that has no effect on their game

No there is no way to report a player in game for actions taken outside of the game.

There is a report function in Discord and other chat apps.

You can try to discuss this in a direct message to CG_SBCrumb.
