Unclear description of the current tw bonus for geos ships
1. Is the tm giving is a buff in this context (like it is in a lot of other multiple scenarios, but I'm aware only about toons)?
2. Is the reinforcement considered as a turn of the arrived ship? (Because a lot of bonuses are provided by at leadt 4 ships only when they're RI-ed)
