Which characters can use CD type crosses with protection or potency primary?

CD crosses come to me at low percents. So I hate to sell just yet. I like modding Vader for potency. I could see upping his crit to 40%-50 through secondaries and getting the CD set and CD triangle with a potency offset and CD cross with potency.

Any toons you guys do this with?

Potency ones are easy enough to find homes for (Vader and Boba are the two that come to my mind right away). Protection primaries are also still solid, Jango/Boba who can recover protection work well with either but still like the CD set. It's the CD and defense primaries that aren't as useful

Embo gets bonus damage based on his max protection. Mine has a protection primary cross.

Maybe Juhani if you give her a crit chance triangle? I havent messed with her enough yet.
