Chewie’s Guard on CLS/3PO

I run a CLS team in the arena, and want Chewie’s guard to go on Han and CLS. I just re-modded CLS to intentionally lower his health so it would be lower than 3PO, but 3PO still gets the guard. The numbers are:

CLS: 25567 (301)
3PO: 28451 (4861)

Anyone know why Chewie is still guarding 3PO and how to get it to change?
