I have evaluated the recent post from the developers titled "I assure you, Lord Vader" and have been able to discern several clues from the transcript and have thusly decoded the next raid. Let's begin with the quote. Most Star Wars fans recognize that quote from the movie Return of the Jedi, spoken to Darth Vader by Moff Tiaan Jerjerrod. Notice the interesting last name. Not many surnames start with a J. Sure, they could have quoted Qui-Gon or Kanan, but GC is always known for subtlety, so the letter J is surely important. Now Using that letter J, we need to think of other noteable names that start with J. The first one that pops to mind, as I'm sure it does for everyone, is the Jundland Wastes on Tatooine. Remember this location, we will come back to it later.
Next, we go to the first line in the message. "With over 170 characters and 40 ships,". An interesting statistic to point out. Let's add those numbers together. You get 210. If you take a measurement, say 2.10 meters, and analyze that for a moment, you realize that's not much bigger than 2 meters. Ring any bells? That's right, a Womp Rat is not much bigger than 2 meters. And you know where Womp rats live? The Jundland Wastes. Boom.
Staying with the numbers in this line, Erik says "over 170 and 40". Specifically, there are 172 characters and 42 ships. 2 Over what was mentioned. Interesting enough, the T-16, the landspeeder owned by Luke, is a TWO-man shuttle. Not convinced? Keep the number 2 in mind. What else has 2 in it? That's right. R2-D2. TWICE. And what did Luke drive when looking for R2? His X-34 Landspeeder. But he only drove it because which vehicle was in disrepair? THE T-16. MIND. BLOWN. Keen eyes can see where I'm going with this.
But wait, we're only getting started. In the beginning of the second paragraph Erik mentions "characters--in the wild" Well Luke often roamed the wilds of Tatooine recreationally. You know what else is wild on Tatooine? Womp Rats. We're on a roll.
In the 4th paragraph Erik uses the phrase "complicated games". As anyone knows, one of the most famous Star Wars Game, Rogue Squadron, had complicated controls and was not easy to master. What did you drive in the first bonus mission of the game? You know it baby. A T-16.
In the second line, Erik mentions "thousands of man-hours." Another curious hint. Recall back to A New Hope. What does Obi-Wan say? "For over a THOUSAND generations...", thousand, thousand? Coincidence? I think not. And remember that Obi-Wan says this on Tatooine.
So at this point what have we got? A few references to Tatooine, several mentions of the T-16, and a clear reference to Womp rats. But what does it all mean? Now in the same sentence in the message, Erik goes on to mention "a very difficult challenge." When discussing the attack on the death star, one of the rebel pilots says it's nearly impossible, in other words... a 'very difficult challenge,' to which Luke replies, wait for it, cause we're fitting it all together "I used to BULLSEYE (which, in darts, is also a "very difficult challenge") WOMP RATS in my T-16 back HOME (TATOOINE)." That's right ladies and gentlemen. This is the answer to our next raid.
Using the character Farmboy Luke, and a new ship, the T-16, guilds will band together to perform the famous run through Beggars Canyon to kill the infamous Womp Rats. Still not convinced? Read over the original message a few times. Notice how often he mentions the Sith Assassin? Interesting, considering... ASSASSINATING IS EXACTLY WHAT LUKE DOES TO THE WOMP RATS. I rest my case and leave you to collect your blown minds.

Maybe it’s also Poe, Finn, Rey, R2, Rose, and 3PO are needed to search Jedah for Saw Guerrera who survived the collapse of his hideout for a new character unlock.
Also that port was 2 meters... and it was on the death star.
Lets have a death star raid
Don't get salty because you may be wrong, happens to the best of us...
Bor Gullet!
Not even Mel Gibson is this crazy.
Top quality post, OP
I sure did read it! The whole thing, while chuckling, because it was well written. It did however leave out clues given at Celebration.
In the trailer, a desert skiff was shown. Skiff were used to feed Luke to the Sarlacc. The Great Pit of Karkoon is close to Beggar’s Canyon, which resemble the wastes of Jedah.
Jedi get their Kyber crystals from Illum. At the time of the reformation of the First Galactic Empire, Illum was renamed Jedah. Both of Luke’s lightsabers resided on Tatooine in Ben’s hut, their kybers came from Jedah, both desert planets.
Kyber is used to fuel the Death Star super laser. The super laser fired a single reactor ignition into Jedah, destroying the nearby area. 2.10 meters is the distance Saw had to walk from the holo projector to the window to watch the Kyber laser destroy the City of Jedah. Saw then passed into legend and hushed stories to scare young stormtroopers. Finn was a Young Stormtrooper once.
In the trailer, the Resistance heroes are seen on a desert planet, and through misdirection the crowd was led to believe it was Jakku or Tatooine, but it’s the spire canyons of Jedah. Rey must replace the Kyber crystal in Anakin’s repaired lightsaber which brings them to the fabled planet of Jedah in search of Kyber. Saw’s hideout had several crates of looted Kyber. Finn tells everyone the stories he was told as a young Stormtrooper.
This is clearly a new raid reintroducing Saw into the SWGoH lineup. For as Luke states, “No one is ever truly gone”. Insert Saw’s maniacal wheezing laugh.
