Here's the characters I used to do so and what stats they have as showed by what I tried to build them as
Grievous: both zetas, g12+5 with 55606 hp, 227 speed, 222% crit damage and 60.12% cit chance (I recently decided to get chance some of his mods for Ga/Tw so that's why he's like this)
B2: zeta'd, g12+3 with 61694 prot,157 speed, 85.24% potency and 125.05 Tenacity
Magnaguard: no zeta, G12+3 with 62692 prot, 178 speed and 75.29% tenacity
Asajj, zeta on the unique, g11+2 (mk7 shield gen and mk8 binoculars) with 177 speed, 211.5 crit damage, 2606 offence and 41.56 crit chance
Dooku: no zeta, g10+3 (mk4 medpack, mk6 syringe and mk10 binoculars) with 211 speed and 122.76% potency
Beginning was a bit rough but after Padme and Anakin were gone it got a bit easier from there Here's what I can remember about my strategy in the event I went After Padme first as the prot up and heals she gives is ridiculous (plus Jolee Bindo Random Green Mon Calamari jedi the 7th can't revive her due to her not being a jedi), after that Anakin's aoe took out Asajj, Dooku and Magna, killed him next so he didn't do it again then kill the the Jedi Master Guardian (who totally isn't just a reskin of Jolee), then B2 got killed off and it ended up with GG vs Windu and Gk, took out Gk then killed off Windu, I admittedly should've went after Windu first cause of the exposes dealing a huge chunk of Damage to Gg's hp but I still managed to get a win
So it's definitely possible to get Padme 7* without B1 or Droideka and while my Sep Droids are built most better than most of the community's (I doubt many have given GG every g12+ piece AND top tier mods) I hope this helps in someway
Now onto the real challenge for me

Which is going to take a while as I'm refreshing B1 and Droideka's nodes to get them to 7* and G12 and possibly doing the same for Carth and Jumanji Juhani to not get caught of guard by a surprise Dr event return
Lets be honest, Lego Star Wars the Skywalker saga is going to be more polished, fun and overall better than Swgoh could ever be

I took out both JKA and Padme asap, then killed JKA again when he was revived. After that, it was just mopping up the rest.

I beat the REAL T7 Yoda (not the nerfed one) and did so before mods were there to help

1. Jacked up B2's potency so that he kept buff immunity on GK.
2. Stunned Padme every chance I got. Only B2 doesn't have stun of those four so I had plenty of chances to do this.
3. If Padme was stunned then I went after Jokelee (Guardian). Those are the two healers so once they are out of the picture it's smooth sailing. If you're stunning Padme then you might accidentally kill her first which is fine. If she dies, she dies. The healer is a tough kill so Padme will probably get rezzed. Keep hammering away at fishface.
4. Hope that JKA doesn't hit you with his special too many times.
I have zzGG maxed out on gear and t6 mods. After guardian and Padme were dead I started losing toons, which actually worked to my advantage. They killed magna and GG went hulk smash on them and killed JKA. They killed B2 and GG killed Mace. That left GG on roids to finish off GK. I think Dooku might have died as well but it was over by that point.
I’m having the same issue. I don’t have a zeta on B2 , but the rest of my team is similar or even better. I’m having zero luck on 7*. I’m guess it must be pretty vital.
I think she's going to be perfectly viable at 5 or 6* for PvP purpose just as Chewie and 3PO were. Remember that the GR squads dmg will be mainly coming from the 40% HP bonus dmg.
6 or 7* might be a requirement for a special mission on the new Geo TB map and 7* obviously a raid requirement.
Good for those of you who dumped gear on them. I hope she's as worthwhile as they make her seem with the event version they put up against us.
I didn’t change mods much. Ton of health on GG, and fast rest (and heavy offense AV). Really not too bad, but I 🐳d out pretty hard on GG when they reworked him, so apologies if this doesn’t help many.

That's not the worst of it, she needs two more of those, one to get to g10 and another to get to g11

If you have one zeta to use, I think GG unique is the one. Wasn’t getting close until I put the zeta on. Tough event but I enjoyed it.

Got Padmé 7* today with zDooku (lead) G9, Jango G11, zzAsajj Ventress G12, Nute Gunray G9 (abilities lvl7), Poggle G9.

All of the Geo out-of-turn assists regenerate the protection on Padme's teammates (Always a Choice), so it looks like you're making no progress and the battle can last a while, but all it takes are a few lucky crits and they start to go down. I finished it on the 3rd try and didn't lose any of my Geo squad members.
If you don't already have a strong GG, Asajj, B2, etc., the Geos are a pretty cheap alternative.
