Deathstar raid:
P1: At Endor where you fight a group of 5 storm troopers on speeders. Each speeder has a special ability.
(Speeder 1: Devastating Blast Cooldown 3: Deal damage equal to 100% of the units max heath.
(Every other speeder has an increased cooldown of 1 making the second speeder have a 4 cooldown the third having a 5 cooldown ect.)
P2: Endor fighting an AT-ST with frequently respawning stormtroopers in front of the shield generator building. The stormtroopers have a special taunt ability.
(Focus Fire: This unit gains a permanent taunt ability that cannot be ignored)
P3: You fight an empire TFP fleet (3) with a special ability.
(Never Ending Onslaught: This unit gains 50 stacks of "Ship Battalion". whenever this unit goes below 1 hp it loses one stack of "Ship Battalion" and revives with max health and protection. Resets all it's cooldowns and takes a bonus turn.) Also, every 5 rounds the deathstar will fire a laser which will automatically destroy a ship.
P4: You are in the core of the deathstar trying to deal as much damage as possible. With, 2 respawnable cannons that instantly 1 shot a ship if left alive and 1 unkillable cannon that has a special which deals 100% damage of the ships max health. As well as using 1-2 basic abilities.

Not really. P1 & 2 ships are restricted. P3 & 4 characters are restricted. The difficulty will be incredibly tough to counteract the overpowered characters in the game.
Instead, have the final phase be a fight vs Vader, then after hes defeated you get that special Vader (like he cant take damage) as a 6th to fight vs palp to finish the phase. Final phase split between fighting Vader and palp. Maybe while fighting Vader, palp could inflict debuffs periodically and buff vader, but he doesnt actually do damage until beating Vader.
