TW - can't fight a team which is already in a fight with me!?

I wanted to fight that NS team, picked a team and then came "there is an issue with the connection" i clicked retry, after that it said "your opponend is already in a fight".... ok i thought, someone was faster than me... BUT... noone was faster than me, the game says I AM in a fight with it (see screenshot).

After a few minutes the fight got cancelled, attempts to 0 and i could use my team. Funny story though.
