Just noticed the suggested mods for jka have shifted from cc/cd attacker standard set to health for longevity for buff infliction. Is this a wise move or should I stick with cc/cd with speed secondaries?

IMO, you should still go for high damage numbers, but look a little more for health in secondaries because of Padme's prot up. If anything, maybe do an offense/health set or CD/health. You really don't wanna sacrifice his damage that much. The faster you can wipe out your opponents, the better.
