Reward changes?

1. Has anyone noticed a decrease in full g12+ pieces? I place in top 3 three almost every raid and I would get full pieces fairly regularly (at least every few raids). I haven’t received a full piece in 3+ months.
2. Has anyone received an odd amount like in my screenshot below? This was for second place. I’ve never seen 28 or 35 before for g12+, but especially 28.
