Game freezes

How is it possible that a Game Like swgoh still has Problem with freezing and no possibility to handle it fair??? To Often the Game freezes in a Arena fight. Like today, thanks to a freeze i can't climb top 20, that Costs me 50 Crystals. Yeah i could refresh, But the Resultat is the Same, 50 Crystals gone. Its really frustrating especially because the Support won't really Help. Their answer a steps Like restarting or unistal. The Fight i lost won't come Back to me!

This game has been crashing on me for the past month and as of today I can’t even log into it It’s absolutely ridiculous and the developers need to fix it

There are problems that will come up that are not actually the game. Both device and connection can also play a part in it.
