Do they plan to rework him with the same powers he had in Padme Event ?

They can't rework him to be the Jedi badass we want because he'll break the game for low levels as well as endgame players due to his extreme accessibility.
They'd have to remove him from squad store and stick him elsewhere, or just create a new Windu entirely.
