Possible changes to character releases
Instead of focusing on one faction at a time, how about releasing two factions with two key characters in each at the same time so people have to make a strategic choice of which to follow. Also it'll most likely force some sort of balance between the factions instead of one overpowering the other.
e.g. the release of the old republic toons, could have released all 10 at the same time (although there was an imbalance of dark vs. light so maybe not the best example), and people could have concentrated on 5 required for JKR or the 5 required for Darth Revan, or both if whale
more balance, more diversity, more revenue (potentially)
